Bio

For me, yoga is a way of life rather than just a physical activity. Even so it is an ancient science, I like the practical application and benefits it brings to everyday activities. I have been trained in Satyananda Yoga by the Bihar School of Yoga. I participate in ongoing trainings to deepen my own personal practice and offer the best possible teaching to my students.

Beside Yoga I am also a Feldenkrais practitioner and Assistant Trainer. In the Feldenkrais Method we work with the nervous system through movement, helping people to overcome aches and pain and recover more quickly from an injury.
