Bio
Yoga literally saved and turned my life around in 1991 after suffering from kidney failure, living on dialysis and dealing with the grief of loosing my son at birth.
I completed my first formal teacher training in 1999 here in NZ with IYTA and have now travelled, taught and continue to learn all over the world.Holding retreats in Ubud, Bali - yoga tours through Bhutan/ Nepal/India offering 'seva' service too community in these countries.
Its my passion to help you to reclaim your inner power, heal your mind - body - soul learn to become your own alchemist and reach your fullest potential.
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic style of yoga. When you came along to join in expect to make sound. Breathe in dynamic rhythmic patterns. To do gently fluid movements with breathe awareness and also to hold and retain both a posture and energy/breathe, and then into stillness. I am fusing Kundalini yoga with some more gently hatha yoga (surrendering into different postures). Ending with a sound guided relaxation integration time.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
